Booking Appointments
Do You Accept Walk-Ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome based on technician availability. Appointments are recommended to help ensure your preferred service, date, and time are available.
Can I Book an Appointment Online?
Yes. Booking is easy. Simply select the Book Appointment button on our website or schedule your appointment directly through the Vagaro app. Both options provide convenient access to our available services and appointment times.
Do I Need a Vagaro Account to Book Online?
A Vagaro account may be required for online booking. Creating an account is quick and secure and allows you to manage appointments, receive confirmations and reminders, and easily schedule future visits. If you prefer, you are always welcome to call the salon, and we will be happy to assist you with scheduling.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require a deposit for future appointments.
What If I Arrive Late for My Appointment?
If you think you may arrive late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you. To respect all of our guests’ appointments, arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

What Services Do You Offer?
We offer manicure services, pedicure services, Hard Gel / Gel Builder, Acrylic, Gel X, nail design, Head Spa, waxing services, and complementary beauty services.
What Is the Difference Between Mini, Signature, and Luxury Pedi?
The Coastal Polish Mini Pedi includes a foot soak in essential oil, nail trimming and shaping, and cuticle trim, finished with Lacquer Polish. The Signature Pedi adds sugar scrub and a hot towel wrap with a 10-minute massage. The Luxury Pedi adds foot massage, hot towel wrap, and hot stone massage for 15 minutes.
How Long Does the Coastal Polish Luxury Pedi Take?
The Coastal Polish Luxury Pedi is approximately 60 minutes.
Do You Offer Gel X, Hard Gel, or Gel Builder?
Yes. We offer Coastal Polish Full set Gel X and Coastal Polish full set Hard Gel / Gel builder as premium nail enhancement options.
Do You Remove Existing Gel, Acrylic, or Nail Enhancements?
Yes. We offer Gel Polish Removal only, Full set nails Removal only, and gel polish removal with service, depending on the type of enhancement being removed. Please refer to our current service menus or contact the salon for current pricing and recommendations.
Do You Offer Nail Art?
Yes. Nail Design is available starting at $10. Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
What Is a Head Spa?
A Head Spa is a relaxing beauty and scalp-care experience designed to help guests unwind, recharge, and enjoy focused personal care in a peaceful environment. Explore VIP, Royal, and Deluxe packages—plus optional add-ons—on our Services page, or contact the salon for availability.

Yes. Coastal Polish & Beauty gift cards are available and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, or simply treating someone to a little relaxation. Gift cards may be purchased in the salon.

We gladly accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods where available.

Can I Bring Children or Additional Guests?
To provide a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon whenever possible. If you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance, and we will be happy to discuss available accommodations.
